TERM AND CANCELLATION:

The Referral Service Agreement for Sopro Referrals shall be effective as of the Effective Date and shall remain in effect for a duration of one (1) year from said date. Either party, whether Sopro Referrals or the Agent/Broker, may terminate this Agreement with or without cause by providing written or emailed notice of termination at least thirty (30) days in advance of the intended termination date.

EFFECT OF TERMINATION:

The termination of the Referral Agreement by either party shall not affect any compensation, credits, discounts, or other amounts owed or payable, including those earned as a result of a Referral Acceptance by the Broker prior to the Agreement’s termination.

CANCELLING YOUR MEMBERSHIP:

Your membership with Sopro Referrals is effective from the date of signup and remains in effect until the termination of this Agreement. You may terminate this Agreement with or without cause by providing written or emailed notice of termination to the other party at least thirty (30) days prior to the intended termination date. To initiate the cancellation process, the Agent/Broker must complete the provided cancellation form and submit it to Sopro Referrals. Please be aware that the membership fee is non-refundable after the signup date.
